We will introduce you to the Sales Consultant for the builder of your chosen package.
Visit a display home.
Complete a walk-through of a display home to help establish a wish list for your home.
Fixed price quote.
You’ll be presented a fixed price quote for your home.
Pay an initial deposit.
Accept and sign your sales quote.
Accept and approve sales quote.
Pay second deposit to move to the next step.
Sign your building contract.
Sign your building contract with your House & Land World Account Manager
Your house & land purchase is complete.
Congratulations - once your land has titled, construction of your new home can begin!
